Dr. Behazin Hasibi is a qualified lawyer at the Iranian Central Bar Association, with over 14 years of post-qualification experience. He has got his Ph.D. degree in International Law. He has been involved in the negotiations and drafting of more than 80 domestic and international commercial and investment contracts, including sales and purchase contracts and EPC contracts. He has served as the head of the legal and contracts department of Khark Petrochemical Company for more than 12 years. He was Head of the Legal Department of SUNIR Company between 2013 and 2015. Behazin also has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation in the petrochemical sector, and has handled disputes before the Iranian courts and arbitral tribunals. He is also an official arbitrator of the Arbitration Centre of Iran Chamber of Commerce (ACIC) and Member of Arbitration and Legal Commission of Iran International Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Farid Meidani is a qualified lawyer at the Iranian Central Bar Association, with over 11 years of post-qualification experience. He has got his Ph.D. degree in International Law. He has served as the legal advisor of Hamkar Machine Caterpillar, PAMICCO (Pars Mine and Industry Constriction Company) and Davam Energy Company. He has acted as the legal expert of first Deputy of Iran Judiciary, for two years. Farid also has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation in particular in the construction contracts, and has handled disputes before the Iranian courts and domestic arbitral tribunals. He is also young arbitrator of the Arbitration Centre of Iran Chamber of Commerce (ACIC).
